 I did not receive an email you sent.
Solution There are occassions where customers have been sent an email by us in respose to a query or problem and report back to us that they have not received anything relating to their orders or product enquiries.

We do investigate these problems with the highest priority with our web development team on a regular basis to ensure there are no problems in our system.

We have found there is a very high chance that SPAM or JUNK filters now commonly being used on a regular basis are also stopping our emails reaching you properly.

We would ask if you are experiencing problems like this to check your email settings in particular the SPAM or JUNK mail settings of your computer and allow all communications from us not to be treated as spam or junk mail as this is slowing down response times as we a wait your reply that may have found its way into the junk email folder.


As we aim to respond to any emails within 24hrs during our customer support hours we hope this will help in finding a reply sent to you.

If however you feel your query still has not been replied to within 48 hours (in customer support hours ) and you have checked your junk / spam email section to please email detailing your query to our support@ukdvdr.co.uk address or follow up on a ticket you may have already submitted.
