	I am at present having problems with ink cartridges in my Epsom printer - have been getting them from you for about a year now - recommended by a neighbour. To keep it simple I have been dealing with Frank over the past few days and he is trying to resolve the problem - the printer wont print or photocopy at present. He is so helpful, the customer service he is giving to me re this problem is excellent - 100% . I CANNOT PRAISE HIM ENOUGH - IT HAS BEEN MANY YEARS SINCE I HAVE EXPERIENCED SUCH EXCELLENT SERVICE.
